So if you are looking to really turn your business around, or just take it to the next level, do not make the same mistake I did — listen to Greg early on. Greg, thank you so much!”

Services
Three Services,
One Package
Take one, two or all three. Every one of them is paid once.
01
The Website
Five pages, written and built for your company. Home, services, gallery, about and contact. It loads fast on a phone, because a phone is what your customer is holding when they look you up.
- Five pages, built for phones first
- A contact form that reaches your email and your phone
- Click to call on every page
- Photo gallery for your own before and after shots
- Hosting, domain and logins in your name

02
Getting Found On Google
A website nobody finds is an expensive business card. This is the work that puts your pages in front of people who are already searching for your services, in your towns, this week.
- Research into what your customers actually type
- Pages written around your services and the towns you cover
- Your Google Business Profile connected to the site
- Titles and descriptions written for search, not left blank
- A month of watching the numbers and adjusting after launch
03
Google Ads
Search results take months. Ads take days. If you need the phone ringing before the season starts rather than after it, this is the faster door.
- The account opened in your name, not mine
- Campaigns built around your services and your service area
- Negative keywords, so you do not pay for the wrong searches
- Tracking wired up so you know which calls came from where
- What you spend on ads goes to Google directly and is not part of this price
The Work
Landscaping Sites
I Have Designed
Click any of them. They are real pages, not pictures of pages.
Branding
No Logo Yet?
Start From Nothing
All you need is a domain name and an idea of how you want it to look.
Plenty of landscaping companies come to me with a truck, a phone number and no logo at all. That is not a problem to solve before we start — it is the first thing we do. Every one of the four sites above was designed around its logo, which is why each of them looks like a different company rather than the same site in a different colour.
You describe it
In plain words. What the company is called, what you want people to feel, and anything you definitely do not want. A sentence is enough to start.
You send examples
Any logos you like, from any industry. Screenshots are fine. This is the fastest part of the whole build and it tells me more than a brief ever does.
You pick from real options
You get the mark drawn several ways, shown at the size it will actually appear, on light and on dark. You choose one and I refine it.
$250added to any package, paid once
You get the logo as files you own, in every format you will be asked for, plus the colours and the typefaces written down so the next person you hire does not have to guess.
Add brandingWeb Migration
Already Have a Site?
Bring It To WordPress
Squarespace, Wix, GoDaddy or Webflow — moved across without losing the rankings you already have.
A builder platform is fine for a brochure. A landscaping company that wants the phone to ring needs service pages, town pages, real schema, call tracking and a site that loads fast on a phone — and those are the exact things a closed builder makes hard. Moving to WordPress is usually the cheapest performance work you will ever buy.

- You own it outrightFiles, database and domain in your name, on a host you choose. No monthly platform fee, and nobody can switch your site off or change the rules.
- Real SEO controlTitles, meta, schema, redirects, sitemaps and canonicals are all editable. On a closed builder most of that is either locked or approximated.
- It loads fasterBuilder platforms ship one heavy bundle to every page. A WordPress build loads what the page needs, which is half the Core Web Vitals battle.
- Pages that scaleA lead-gen site wins on service pages and town pages. Fifty of them is an afternoon on WordPress and a nightmare on a builder.
- Tracking that worksCall tracking, form tracking, GA4, conversion tags and local schema all install properly instead of fighting a script sandbox.
- Nothing is strandedEvery old URL gets a 301 to its new home, so the rankings and the links you already have come with you instead of dying at launch.
Priced on page count and how much of the old site comes across. Every migration includes a full URL map and 301 redirects, so the rankings and backlinks you already have follow you over instead of dying on launch day.

One Page Website
Everything You Need,
On One Page
Five pages of work condensed into a single scroll, for $700 and live in seven days. It is also the page your Google Ads should be pointing at.
No monthly fee
You pay once. There is no subscription, no licence, and nothing that switches off if you stop paying.
Half up front, half on launch
You are not handing a stranger a thousand dollars and hoping. Half starts the work, half when the site is live and working.
You own all of it
The domain, the hosting and the logins are in your name from the first day. If you ever want to leave, you take the site with you.
One page, one path
Everything a customer needs sits on a single page, in one scroll. There is no menu to get lost in and no dead end to click into, which is exactly why a Google Ads landing page is built this way.

One Page Website
All five pages condensed into one
Everything from the five page build, on a single page. One scroll, no menu to get lost in, and it doubles as the landing page your Google Ads point at:
- One page, built for phones first
- A contact form that reaches your email and your phone
- Click to call on every page
- Photo gallery for your own before and after shots
- Your Google Business Profile connected to the site
- Titles and descriptions written for search
- Hosting, domain and logins in your name
- Live in 7 days
Want the full five page site instead? That is $1,000 and takes about two weeks. Either way the hosting and the domain are registered in your name and renew directly with the provider, so nothing is tied to me.
Get StartedHow It Works
Four Steps,
And You See It First
You know what the site looks like before any money changes hands.
- 01
You tell me about the business
The form below. What you do, where you work, and which package fits. A couple of minutes.
- 02
I come back with a plan and a date
What the pages will be, what I need from you, and the day it goes live. Within one business day. Nothing is owed at this point.
- 03
You pay half and I build it
Send me your photos and your service list. That is the part that usually holds things up, so gather them early.
- 04
The site goes live
You pay the second half when it is live and working. The domain, the hosting and the logins are all in your name from that day.
About
Hi, I’m
Greg Asuncion
I have been building websites and running advertising since 2017, first at an ecommerce agency and since 2019 on my own. The biggest account I ran at the agency was spending $500,000 a month on Google alone, and I held a 6X return on that spend.
Most of that work was for retail brands, which is where the standard is highest. Those sites live or die on whether a stranger trusts them inside ten seconds, and that is the same thing that decides whether somebody calls you for a quote instead of the next company on the list.
You deal with me from the first email to the day the site goes live, and after. There is no account manager, no offshore build queue and no ticket system.
